Tulloch grew up between Spain Uruguay Argentina and San Diego California. Tulloch is known as Bitsie rather than Elizabeth is in honor of the World War II fighter pilot who was known as "Bitsie" and was involved in the Goldsboro B-50 crash that occurred in the year 1961. Tulloch's acting career began with her being credited under the moniker Bitsie. The nickname remained in use until 2017, when Tulloch chose to go by Elizabeth. In my introductions to new acquaintances, Bitsie is still the title I prefer to use. However, it was working as I entered my 20s, and had just starting acting. It was a success while I was in my 20s. However, now as I'm in my mid 30s, I'm thinking I'd like to try it again, but with payment. This was not something I had thought of. The director said "Hey we were able to see Elizabeth when we were filling out your legal documents." Does that sound like a good idea? Then I called both my agent and manager to ask their opinion. As you get getting older, it's the time to get on with your life. Bitsie could be a adorable name. It's cutesy. This is all there was to it. Then I will not introduce myself to you as Elizabeth. This is just to keep track of the billing. Tulloch is of Scottish as well as Spanish roots. Tulloch says her initial spoken language was Spanish however she no longer thinks she's fluent. Her paternal grandmothers family is of Renfrewshire and her family of grandparents originated from the area around Kirkwall both in Scotland. In an interview for BBC News, she stated that the Tullochs first came to the US in the year 1880. And the Kerrs did so in the middle century. When she returned back to America in 1880, U.S. in 1880, Tulloch attended Bedford New York's secondary and senior schools.
