Molly Tarlov (born November 11, 1981) is an American actress, best known from 2011 on for her character in the role of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama show Awkward. Tarlov was the eldest of two girls was raised and grew up within Manhattan, New York. As a 10-year-old, Tarlov played her role as Mrs. Peterson as part of an Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was greatly praised by an audience comprised of seventh graders. In her later years she was a student at NYU Tisch located in Paris and at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training on various forms of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company is the place where she studied. At the LAByrinth Theater, Master Class, Molly was able integrate writing with her acting. Molly removed her winter coat and purchased a pair of black sunglasses on her trip to Los Angeles. A short, three-word segment on iCarly soon caught the eye at her family members. She's since made several television shows and played Caitlin as the lead role in Winnie and Savannah Dooley's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a fan of thinking she's good at basketball however she's actually not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
