Jenna Fischer is best known for her role as Pam Beesly on the acclaimed TV show The Office The Office, for which she received the Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actress and Two SAG Awards for Outstanding Performance from An Ensemble Comedy.
Jenna was raised within Fort Wayne in Indiana. Jenna watched her mom, Anne, perform in the church when she was a child and was able to instill a love of performing and theater.
An actress trained in theater, Fischer returned to her roots after wrapping The Office. The Office actress Angela Kinsey Fischer, who is her real-life best friend and castmate, launched Office Ladies in October 2019 on Earwolf. The podcast was wildly successful, ranking in the Top Ten of the world every week. It had more than 200 million downloaded during its first two years. Office Ladies was awarded the iHeart Radio Podcast of the year award in January 2021.
She's also the co-author of Office BFF's Tales of The Office The Story of Two Best Friends There. This autobiography is about their relationship and working together in the production of The Office.
